To maintain the unit's efficacy, run it for 30 minutes every 6 months. Additionally, inspect and clean the return air filter regularly; it may be necessary to replace it once per year. Moreover, keep the roof free from debris and other dirt.

CAUTION Avoid driving through automatic car washes while the roof air conditioner is installed. Refrain from spraying into the openings of this unit with a high-pressure cleaner. Hot cleaners, steam cleaners and harsh chemicals should not be used. Additionally, take care to use soft objects for cleaning. Petroleum products, diesel, solvents or aggressive agents must not be used.
