Cash Back Rebate

Terms and Conditions for "Cashback Rebate Offer" program (referred to as "rebate" or "cashback").

These terms and conditions ("Terms and Conditions") constitute an agreement between Everything Caravans Pty Ltd (referred to as "Everything Caravans" or "we" or "company") and individuals who participate in the "Cashback Rebate Offer" program (referred to as "participants" or "you"). By participating in this program, you accept and agree to abide by these Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully.

1. Offer Period:
This offer is valid for orders placed between September 14, 2024, and November 2024.

2. Eligibility:
This cashback offer is applicable exclusively to the purchase of a items clearly marked in the product description as "Cashback Rebate Offer". It is not valid for trade purchases or in conjunction with any other promotional offer or discount, including abandoned shopping cart discounts.

3. Cashback Amount:
Eligible customers will receive a cashback rebate of $100, $150 or $200 including GST, depending on the actual offer in the product description.

4. Application Process:
To receive the cashback, customers must complete and submit the Cashback Application Form no later than 30days from delivery of your item. The application form will be sent with your item, or you can access via the official website.

The cashback will be processed within 30 days after the company receives, photo of the unpacked item (we will not entertain any issues related to the delivery once we have received your application for the rebate) required bank details (including a screenshot of the customer's banking statement showing the BSB and Account Number}, copy of your invoice or receipt.

5. Forfeiture:
Failure to submit the Cashback Application Form within 30 days of delivery, will result in forfeiture of the cashback.

6. Delivery and Purchase Conditions:
To be eligible for the cashback, the delivery to you is considered final and no claims for missing or damaged product are allowed. There are no refunds on items when a cashback application has been made it does not make any difference if the marketplace has different rules, than these Terms or Conditions. If you enact any policy on a marketplace after receiving your cashback or rebate you must refund Everything Caravans in full for the rebate.

7. Non-Transferability:
This offer is non-transferable and cannot be redeemed for cash or exchanged for any other products or services.

8. Changes and Cancellations:
The company reserves the right to modify or cancel this offer at any time without prior notice.

9. Additional Terms:
All standard terms and conditions of sale apply. This offer is subject to availability and may be withdrawn or modified at the company's discretion.
