We recently ordered two new dometic door lock barrels/keys for our motorhome. They arrived within 10 working days here in NZ. Unfortunately there was a manufacturing defect to one of them but not a problem to 'Everthing Caravans' team. We had a replacement within another 10 days. The whole process was seamless and simple. So happy to have them look after us even over 'the ditch'.

As described, fitted perfectly.
But wrong item despatched at first, they had to resend correct item
Product arrived in a timely manner and was exactly what was ordered. I would recommend this company 👌
Much appreciated that you could supply the replacement for our van.
It would be nice if the manufacturer would produce something that does not fail so easily ( the original barrel).
