COMMUNICATION HUB IS AN INTEGRAL PART OF ANY SMART RV.
ControlNode103 is a communication hub for smart RV systems, such as JHub. It communicates wirelessly and via CAN bus, connecting your vehicle’s power management system to the monitor, display or an app.
ControlNode103 comes supplied as a standard on 2020 models of Jayco caravans, and allows campers to use JHub app on their own smartphone. ControlNode103 is also SmartConnect ready, allowing to connect multiple Bluetooth sensors, such as SmartSense, SmartTemp, or SmartPressure, to wirelessly monitor variety of caravan’s parameters.
The owners of Jayco caravans built in 2019 can replace their existing ControlNode102 to ControlNode103 for SmartConnect compatibility, and enjoy the new level of integration in their RV

Retrofitting ControlNode103
Unplug existing ControlNode102 from the J35 Power Management System
Plug new ControlNode103 into J35 Power Management System
At the bottom of the JHub screen, you will see triangle, circle and square symbols.
Press the square symbol. The screen size will appear smaller. Then press the clear all in the top right corner. This will close the app and you will see the home screen of the car and caravan.
On the right-hand side of the home screen you will see either a gear cog or a white circle with 6 white dots in it, this is Settings menu. Please click on this to open
Select Apps and Notifications
Select JHub app
Select Storage
Select Clear Data Select OK
Then in the left-hand top corner, tap the back arrow ← once.
Select permissions.
Turn off Locations, then turn back on.
Return to Home Screen (Touch the square symbol at the bottom of the tablet, then press clear all in the top right of the minimised screen)
On the home screen Select JHub App
Once the app is open, it will ask you to ‘Allow Locations’ Select Allow ɋ Connection options will appear ‘Scan or Close’ - click Scan
While App is scanning you have 30sec to pair device with ControlNode103
On the left-hand side of the ControlNode103, there is a small black round button. Press the black button to side of node within 30sec scanning time
A CN**** number appear ControlNode103 on the app. Select the CN**** number
Allow App to sync
App will now be synced and ready for use
Retrofitting ControlNode103 for SmartConnect compatibility. ControlNode103 only works with BMPRO J35 power management systems with the revision number 10 (2019) or above.
