Took our van to Everything Caravans for a Sat TV installation. Our job was more complex than the usual because of some specific requirements. Installation and quality of work was top class. All our requirements were met with great thought, innovation and care. Everyone was friendly, helpful and very knowledgeable. A really great experience. Many thanks to all at Everything Caravans.

I thought I would let you know the repair work you did on our Bailey Barcelona just before Christmas is still going strong you fixed our boiler problem . We have just returned from five weeks in outback South Australia  as you can imagine we didn’t have much call for heating we did use the hot water on a daily basis it worked perfectly. We travelled to some out of the way places so a working hot water system was much appreciated being very hot and sweaty having a shower working was a big relief  .We also took your advice and brought a gas bottle gas level indicator the same one you used.
So to sum it up well done guys you did a great job.

Thanks for the prompt delivery and more importantly, being able to speak on the phone to a real person prior to purchase.  I asked the girl/lady who answered to confirm the dimensions of the stove top.  She took the time to get it off the shelf and measure it.  That is service you can’t get on eBay. 
I picked up the lid this morning from our local LPO and installed it this afternoon.  Yes - the service was excellent.  I initially thought the price was excessive but further investigation showed your price was the
lowest available.  Glass stove lids are expensive.

Last Thursday you replaced my batteries with new batteries and we were very impressed with everything you did from reception and the actual work.  Michael did the job most thoroughly and effectively and Wolf did a couple of small jobs that were very helpful for us. Unfortunately, Michael was at lunch when we collected the van and so I was unable to ask him a question about the batteries.  Can he give us some indication
of how long the batteries will last on a non-powered camp site under normal usage - frig, lights, water pump? Thanks again for your handling of our booking and the service.
